Ingredients
Acorn Jelly, 1 pack
Cucumber, 1 pc
Onion, 1 /4 pc
Lettuce Leaves, 5 pcs
Jalapeno (finely chopped), 1 tbsp
Perilla leaves, 5 pcs
Carrot, 1 /4 pc
Korean chili flakes, 1.5 tbsp
Soy sauce, 5 tbsp
Plum syrup, 1 tbsp
Sugar, 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds, 1 tbsp
Green onion (chopped), 3 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the acorn jelly into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Thinly slice cucumber, onion, lettuce, perilla leaves, and carrot.
Step 3
Make the sauce by mix Korean chili flakes, soy sauce, plum syrup, sugar, sesame seeds, chopped jalapeno, and green onion in a bowl.
Step 4
Combine the acorn jelly and sliced vegetables in a large bowl.
Step 5
Add the sauce and gently toss until evenly coated.
