Ingredients
Cabbage, shredded, 1 /2 cup
Carrot, shredded, 1 /4 cup
Eggs, 2 pcs
Butter, 2 tbsp
Ketchup, 1 tbsp
Cheese, 1 slice
Ham, 2 slices
Salt, 1 tsp
Sugar, 1 tbsp
Bread, 2 slices
Preparation
Step 1
Shred the cabbage and carrot.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with salt, mix in half of the cabbage and carrot, then cook in butter until golden brown.
Step 3
Toast the bread.
Step 4
Assemble the toast: place the cooked egg mixture on the bread, top with the remaining cabbage and carrot, sprinkle sugar, then add ham, cheese, and ketchup.
Step 5
Cut in half and enjoy!
