Ingredients
All-purpose flour, 3 cups
Water, 1 cup
Salt, 1 /2 tbsp
Onion, 1 /4 pc
Zucchini, 1 /4 pc
Carrot, 1 /4 pc
Garlic, 1 /2 tbsp
Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
Coin Seasoning, 2 packs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, water, and salt to make a dough.
Step 2
Cover and rest the dough in the refrigerator for about 30min to 1 hour.
Step 3
Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Step 4
In a pot, bring water to a boil and season with soy sauce and coin seasoning to make the broth.
Step 5
Add the vegetables and cook until slightly softened.
Step 6
Tear the dough by hand into bite-sized pieces and add directly into the boiling broth.
Step 7
Cook until the dough pieces float and are fully cooked through.
