Ingredients
Somen noodles, 8 oz
Coin seasoning, 2 packs
Zucchini, 1 /4 pc
Carrot, 1 /4 pc
Egg, 1 pc
Green onions, 2 bunches
Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
Sauce Ingredients:
Soy sauce, 4 tbsp
Gochugaru, 1 tbsp
Plum syrup, 1 tbsp
Sesame oil, 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds, 1 tbsp
Chopped jalapeno, 1 tbsp
Chopped green onion, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 1 /2 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Slice zucchini, carrot, and green onions into thin strips. Saute lightly until just softened. Make egg sheets in a pan, then slice into thin strips.
Step 2
Prepare the broth by boiling water with coin seasoning and soy sauce.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients well and set aside.
Step 4
Cook somen noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain well.
Step 5
Place noodles in a bowl, top with sauteed vegetables and egg strips, and pour hot broth over the noodles.
Step 6
Serve with the sauce on the side or spooned on top, to taste.
