Ingredients
Rice cake, 8 oz
Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
Sesame oil, 1 tbsp
Eggs, 2 pcs
Garlic, 1 tbsp
Yondu, 1 tbsp
Fish sauce, 1 /2 tbsp
Green onions, 2 tbsp
Beef, 6 oz
Water, 2 cups
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the green onions and beef into bite-size pieces.
Step 2
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
Step 3
Lightly oil a pan and cook the yolks and whites separately into thin sheets. Let them cool and slice into thin strips for topping.
Step 4
Saute the beef with garlic until browned, then add water.
Step 5
Season the broth with soy sauce, yondu, and fish sauce.
Step 6
Add the rice cakes and boil until they soften.
Step 7
Finish with green onions and sesame oil, then top with the sliced egg yolk and egg white strips.
Step 8
