Ingredients
Bulgogi, 1 pack
Yeondu, 2 tbsp
Glass noodles, 6 oz
Shiitake mushrooms, 6 pcs
Green onions, 1 bunch
Napa cabbage, 1 /4 pc
Enoki mushrooms, 1 pack
Oyster mushrooms, 1 pack
Tofu, 1 /2 pack
Carrot, 2 oz
Onion, 2 oz
Preparation
Step 1
Cut all vegetables into bite-size pieces.
Step 2
Soak the glass noodles in room-temperature water for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
In a pot, place bulgogi, the soaked glass noodles, and all the prepped vegetables and tofu
Step 4
Add yeondu and pour water until the ingredients are just covered (about 2-3 cups).
Step 5
Bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until noodles and vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Enjoy with rice!
