Ingredients
Eggs, 4 pcs
Mirin, 1 tbsp
Finely chopped carrot, 1 tbsp
Fish sauce, 1 tbsp
Chopped green onion, 1 tbsp
Water, 1 /2 cup
Coin soup base, 1 pc
Sesame oil, 1 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, beat eggs and mix with fish sauce, carrot, green onion, and mirin.
Step 2
In a pot, bring water to a boil and dissolve the coin soup base.
Step 3
Slowly pour in the egg mixture while stirring gently.
Step 4
Stir lightly around the edges of the pot to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
Step 5
When the eggs are about 80% set, turn off the heat, cover, and let rest for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 6
Drizzle sesame oil on top and serve.
