Ingredients
Onion, sliced, 1 /4 pc
Green onion, chopped (divided in half), 1 cup
Minced garlic, 2 tbsp
Tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces, 8 oz
Pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces, 10 oz
Cooking oil, 1 tbsp
Kimchi, chopped, 6 oz
Soy sauce, 1 tbsp
Korean chili flakes (gochugaru), 1 tbsp
Sugar, 1 tbsp
Fish sauce, 1 tbsp
Sesame oil, 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp
Gochujang (Korean chili paste), 1 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: slice onion, chop green onion (divide in half), and cut tofu and pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and sear pork belly until golden brown.
Step 3
Add chopped kimchi and stir-fry briefly.
Step 4
Add soy sauce, chili flakes, sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and gochujang. Stir well.
Step 5
Add onion, half of the green onion, and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 6
Add tofu, then finish with sesame oil and the remaining green onion. Mix gently and serve.
