Ingredients
Korean radish, 1 lb
Sugar, 2 tbsp
Chopped green onion, 1 cup
Salted shrimp (or fish sauce), 4 tbsp
Minced garlic, 1 tbsp
Korean chili flakes (gochugaru), 2 tbsp
Plum extract (maesil), 2 tbsp
Minced ginger, 1 tbsp
Vinegar, 4 tbsp
Sesame seeds, 2 tbsp
Sesame oil, 1 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the radish and cut into thin slices.
Step 2
Place radish in a large bowl and add chili flakes. Toss until evenly coated.
Step 3
Add sugar, green onion, salted shrimp (or fish sauce), garlic, plum extract, ginger, and vinegar. Mix well until the seasoning is absorbed.
Step 4
Enjoy with rice!
