Ingredients
Quail eggs, 2 cans
Shishito peppers, 1 cup
Garlic, 1 /2 cup
Soy sauce, 8 tbsp
Sugar, 4 tbsp
Corn syrup, 2.5 tbsp
Mirin, 4 tbsp
Korean seasoning syrup (Yondu), 1 tbsp
Cooking oil
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and cook quail eggs until slightly browned. Add garlic and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add 1 1/2 cups of water, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, mirin, yondu, and shishito peppers.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced by half.
Step 4
Cool it down and enjoy with rice!
