Ingredients
Medium Firm Tofu, 1 /2 Block
Onion, 1 /4
Potato, 1 /2
Zucchini, 1 /2
Chopped Green Onion, 2 tbsp
Broth Tablet, 1
Fermented Soybean Paste, 2 tbsp
Sliced Brisket, 5 oz
Enoki Mushrooms, 1 /2 Pack
Minced Garlic, 1 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a pot, saute the brisket until half cooked, then add garlic.
Step 3
Add 2 cups of water and the broth tablet, then boil for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the chopped vegetables and soybean paste.
Step 5
Once vegetables are cooked, add tofu and enoki mushrooms and boil for another 3 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle green onion on top before serving.
