Ingredients
Korean Cucumbers, 2
Onion, 1 /2
Gochujang, 1 tbsp
Allulose Syrup (Sugar-Free), 1 tbsp
Sugar, 1 tbsp
Minced Garlic, 1 /2 tbsp
Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp
Salt, 4 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Slice cucumbers thinly.
Step 2
Sprinkle with salt and let sit for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix gochujang, sugar, garlic, allulose syrup, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Step 4
Squeeze out excess water from the cucumbers and mix with the sauce.
Step 5
Drizzle sesame oil on top and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
