Ingredients
Eggs, 4
Green Onions (Chopped), 4 tbsp
Carrots (Chopped), 4 tbsp
Mirin, 1 tbsp
Salt, 1 /2 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Finely chop green onions and carrots.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk eggs with the chopped vegetables, mirin, and salt.
Step 3
Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Pour in a thin layer of the egg mixture, cook gently, and begin rolling.
Step 5
Push the rolled egg to one side of the pan, add more egg mixture, cook, and continue rolling until all the mixture is used.
Step 6
